Our C.N.C. machining center department has a wide range of machining capabilities. All of our machines are top of the line Hass Machining Centers. All of our programming is done using Mastercam software.

Our VF2 high speed machine has travels of X = 30, Y = 16. We use this machine for all of our 3D machining of hardened or soft tool steels.

Our VF5 machining center has travels of X = 50", Y = 25". We use this machine for all of our die details and some 3D machining.

Our VF7 machining center has travels of X = 86", Y = 32". We use this machine for all of our laser plates and die sets.

Our VF9 machining center is our largest machine with travels of X = 86", Y = 40". We use this machine for all of our larger plates and die sets.
